Southern Water publishes Turnaround Plan

A plan to rapidly improve performance between 2023 and 2025 has been published by Southern Water.

The ambitious Turnaround Plan sets out our commitment to achieving significant improvements in our environmental performance and customer service, while steps are already being taken longer term to drastically reduce the use of storm overflows, improve river water quality and decarbonise the water industry. 

All activity will be carried out in close liaison with our customers, to make sure we balance the cost of these improvements with keeping bills affordable. We’ll be reporting on progress regularly to keep everyone up to date.
