Sewer diversion
If you need to request a diversion or change to one of our sewer mains, you will need to apply for a sewer main diversion.
Sewer connection
If you're building a house extension, a new home or a commercial building, you may need to apply for a new wastewater connection to our network.
Building over or near a sewer
If your planned works will affect a nearby public sewer, you will need to request permission.
Sewer requisitions
If you're building a drainage to our existing sewers or want to upgrade existing properties, you can apply for us to construct a new sewer main.
Sewer adoptions
If you'd like to offer a newly constituted sewer, pumping station or wastewater treatment works for adoption, we can guide you through the process.
First-time sewerage scheme
If you require a first-time sewerage scheme, you'll need to apply for the provision of a public sewer.
Water services
As well as wastewater services, we can also help your planned project get connected to the public water supply. This includes helping you apply for a new water connection or a new water main to service your site, or to make a change to one of our existing mains.
