You can carry out water and drainage searches through LandSearch. Here, you can apply for a LandSearch Invoice account. For this, we may obtain information about you, your business, and any named principals/partners of the business from credit reference agencies. Please note that Invoice accounts are for CON29DW and Commercial searches only.

Southern Water Services Ltd may obtain information about you, your business and any named principles/partners of the business from credit reference agencies. The agencies will record our enquiries which may be seen by other companies who make their own credit enquiries. Payment terms will be advised to the customer at the time of the account being opened. Southern Water Services Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend credit facilities at any time. All invoices are due on demand and if payment is not received with 28 days of the invoice date the account facility will be withdrawn. In this case, you will receive a letter/email confirming that the account has been locked until payment is made in full. If the account is locked on more than 3 occasions your credit facility will be withdrawn.
